The project is divided in three main areas: a Botanical Garden in the north that occupies the main extension with its over 90 Ha., a Leisure center in the south, aimed to be the largest recreational facility of South China, and finally a green corridor that connects both poles (garden in the north and leisure center in the south) that contains some residential buildings scattered among the trees.
The three areas are harmonically designed and integrated in a flowing landscape.
